For my clients who are sellers, I work with them to position their property to strive to help them get top dollar for their property. For my clients who are buyers, I strive to help them find the property they desire, in the neighborhood they desire, for the lowest possible price when they purchase their new home. Selling or buying a home is an important financial decision so it can be a stressful time. I am here to guide you through the entire process. I believe in continual communication and unparalleled follow-through. I have a great deal of patience with all my buyers and do not exert sales pressure. I apply my professional experience when I present, price and market properties for my sellers. I have a Ph.D. in Psychology and had been CFO and COO of a major division at the Albert Einstein Medical School in NYC. After I moved to San Francisco many years ago, I was appointed CFO and Deputy Director for Mental Health Services for San Mateo County where I was responsible for a $68 million dollar budget. I was then appointed as CFO ($28 million budget with a $200+ million in endowments) and served as one of the Deans at UC-Berkeley’s School of Law. For more than ten years I have been working in the San Francisco residential real estate market.
